NOTES
The Club is open from 1930hrs to 2200hrs, Monday to Friday.
Although all calibres of Revolver and Pistol shooting have now been banned, this does not include front (muzzle) loaded weapons and Long Barreled Pistols. The Club is certified for these disciplines under well controlled conditions.
Historic evening focuses on old military type .22 rifles shooting at reduced size military targets on turning targets. An interesting evening where a number of rifles from the 1800's are still in use.
In the past few years the Club has been successfully affiliated to the British Sporting Rifle Club located at Bisley. This is an international discipline which is very competitive and testing, shooting at track mounted targets (running Deer and Boar). The Club is generally allocated five separate days in the year to use the facilities, times and dates of which are published on the Club notice board and web site. This discipline is recommended to all Club Members.
